The calls will be released to the Support Sector after the completion of the New Customer Deployment.
Doubts during the Implementation process will be resolved with the agent responsible for the visits.
Express customers only have access through Chat/WhatsApp and E-mail.
If there is a need for a visit, a fee will be charged as per the contract.
